N.C. GOP chairman addresses election fine, Revenue Department changes, Republican prospects

N.C. Republican Party chairman Tom Fetzer raises questions about the $100,000 fine the State Board of Elections assessed Democratic campaign donor Rusty Carter. During a Sept. 30, 2010, news conference at state GOP headquarters, Fetzer also reacted to the appointment of retiring Sen. David Hoyle, D-Gaston, as the new N.C. Secretary of Revenue, and he discussed Republicans' prospects in the upcoming election.
