"High Speed" Rail Plans Shared with Public
Raleigh, N.C. – People in North Carolina and Virginia are getting their first looks at the plans to build so-called high-speed trains from Raleigh to Richmond.
The stretch is one leg of the $5.3 billion plan to build line of faster trains from Charlotte to Washington, D.C.
